Fertility Redefined assessment is absolutely anonymous.
When you complete the Fertility Redefined assessment, you may voluntarily provide information relating to:

fertility diagnoses or conditions;

previous fertility testing or treatment;

Assessment responses are stored in a separate Google Sheets file for an indefinite period and are used solely for analytical, research and statistical purposes. The stored assessment data does not include names, addresses, contact details or other direct personal identifiers and is not linked to the identity of any individual user. The data is analysed only in anonymous and/or aggregated form and is not used to identify individual participants.
3. Why We Process Your Information
We process personal data only for defined purposes.
We process the information you voluntarily provide in order to analyse your circumstances and generate outputs such as the:

Where the assessment contains health or other sensitive data, processing is based on your explicit consent.

cannot guarantee pregnancy, successful fertility treatment, adoption, surrogacy or parenthood.
Users should consult appropriately qualified medical, legal or other professionals before making decisions requiring professional advice.
5. Information We Do Not Collect
The Fertility Redefined Assessment does not require or request information that directly identifies you, such as your name, home address, identification number, or other details intended to establish your personal identity.
Assessment responses are designed to be provided without identifying who you are.
If you choose to continue communication with Fertility Redefined separately via WhatsApp or another private communication channel, you decide what information you wish to share during that conversation.
Such communication is separate from the anonymous assessment process. Information shared through WhatsApp is not automatically added to, linked with, or used to identify your assessment responses.
Private communications are used only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or continuing the conversation you have initiated, unless you expressly request or agree otherwise.
Please note that WhatsApp is a third-party communication service and its own privacy practices and data-retention policies apply to communications made through its platform

Assessment answers should not be supplied to advertising platforms or included in advertising or analytics event parameters.
Sensitive information is processed only for the purposes disclosed to you and on an appropriate legal basis, including explicit consent where required.
9. International Data Transfers
Because Fertility Redefined operates internationally and uses international technology providers, personal data may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use appropriate legal and contractual mechanisms, such as recognised adequacy mechanisms or approved contractual safeguards.
10. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account legal, security and accountability requirements.
Our intended retention approach is:

assessment responses and associated personalised results: normally up to 12 months, after which they should be deleted or irreversibly anonymised unless a longer period is necessary and legally justified;

email subscription information: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to retaining limited suppression information where necessary to respect your request;

transaction and accounting records: for the period required by applicable law;
