These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and pre-order of the product IVF Bag “On My Way to Motherhood” (the “Product”) through our website and affiliated sales channels. By placing an order or pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

• The Product is sold under the brand Fertility Redefined.

• The Product is designed as a fertility treatment organizer bag and does not replace medical advice or professional healthcare.

• By purchasing or pre-ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. 

2. Product Information

• We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However the final product may have a minor variations in design, color, or packaging. This may occur due to production updates.

• The Product does not contain medical substances, injections, or medications; it is a lifestyle and organizational accessory.

3. Pre-Orders

• Due to Super Limited Edition of 100 pieces only, pre-ordering allows you to reserve the Product before its official release.

• Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

• Estimated delivery dates will be provided, but they are subject to change due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs delays.

• If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted through our official website www.fertility-redefined.com and our social media channels. 

• Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other methods provided.

• All prices are listed in € and include/exclude taxes as specified during the payment.

• Customers are responsible for any additional duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied by their country of residence.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide using trusted carriers.

• Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, or force majeure events.

• Risk of loss passes to you once the Product is delivered to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Pre-orders are non-refundable. 

• You may return unused and unopened Products within 7 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

• Limited-edition items may not be eligible for return.

7. Warranty & Disclaimer

• The Product comes with a standard 1-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer is not covered.

• Fertility Redefined makes no medical claims. The Product is an accessory and not a medical device.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fertility Redefined shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the Product.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of European Union.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
